I'm Amber and I've been here awhile but I'm just getting started.
Guys! Guys! Guys! Omg!
Okay so I’m not going to set a day to weigh in, like no weight in Wednesdays so its more at random.
So today was my cheat day which was actually just a cheat meal. We went to a Chinese place and I didn’t do bad, stayed away from the fired stuff and I’m treating the rest of the day like normal. Its surprisingly not hard. I’m not letting myself starve like last time. If I’m hungry I eat. Even if its munching on carrots or something else healthy.
Anyways! I weighed myself today and I’ve lost 13lb! In less then a week. I know most of its water weight and I went from little exercise and a 3k+ calories a day to moderate exercise and a 1500 calorie diet.
But guys its 13lb in a week! Like this blows my mind I’ve never ever had results like this before. It just shows me that I can do it this time, whatever I’m doing this time it works. I’m just so proud.

So I work at Six Flags in the food dept, its so hard when trying to be healthy. Ugh all I worked with yesterday was pizza and burgers and bacon cheddar ranch fries. BACON CHEDDAR RANCH FRIES. Like that is my weakness.
Anyways they offered it to me free when I left last night. The best thing they could have offered me and it was free. Oh sweet mother Mary.
But I refused, regretted it the whole way home. lolBut I still said no. I’m proud of my self, I’m really commuted this time and it shows.
